📋 Return Eligibility

We want you to love your Furstride products. If you're not completely satisfied, here's what we offer:

Your items must be:

  • Unused and unworn — Products that haven't been used or tested
  • Original condition — No damage, stains, or signs of wear
  • In original packaging — Complete with all original tags and packaging materials
  • Within 30 days — Of receiving your order

Exception: Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, we'll replace it or refund it immediately, regardless of whether it's been used. Just contact us with photos of the damage.

Email support@furstride.com with your order number and reason for return. We're here to help and may be able to resolve issues directly.

Get a Return Label

We'll respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label and instructions. Simply print the label or save it to your phone.

Ship It Back

Pack your item securely with all original packaging and drop it off at your nearest Australia Post office. No need to pay shipping — we've covered it!

Get Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically 2–3 business days), we'll process your refund. You'll see it in your account within 5–7 business days.

Inspection: 2–3 business days after we receive your return

Processing: Once approved, we process your refund immediately

Bank Transfer: 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank)

💡 Refund times may vary depending on your financial institution. Some banks process faster than others. If you don't see your refund after 7 business days, please contact us.

🔄 Exchanges

Have the wrong size or want a different colour? No problem!

Exchange Process:

  • Email us at support@furstride.com with your original order number
  • Let us know which item you'd like to exchange and what size/colour you need
  • We'll arrange a prepaid return label for your item
  • Send your original item back in original condition
  • Once we receive and inspect it, we'll send your new item straight away
Exchanges are FREE as long as the original item meets our return eligibility criteria.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind every product. If something arrives damaged or stops working, we'll make it right immediately.

What to do:

  • Take clear photos of the damage or defect
  • Email support@furstride.com with your order number and photos
  • We'll approve a replacement or full refund within 24 hours
  • If it's a replacement, we'll send it out right away
  • No need to return the damaged item unless we request it
